Our journey into hospitality has always been more than a professional path — it has been a calling shaped by faith, family, and a deep desire to serve others well. We first met while working in the fast-paced environment of a luxury hotel, where the rhythms of food, service, and teamwork became the foundation of both our relationship and our shared vision for the future.
As we began building our family, we came to understand more deeply the significance of gathering around the table. In our own home, shared meals have become a daily rhythm — a time set apart for connection, reflection, and intentional presence with one another. This practice has profoundly shaped how we view hospitality, not simply as an event or service, but as a meaningful opportunity to create spaces where people feel truly welcomed and cared for.
Our faith continues to guide the way we approach both our work and our family life.
We believe hospitality is an expression of stewardship — a way to use our skills and experiences to serve others with humility, excellence, and generosity. Preparing food and hosting gatherings is not merely a profession, but a responsibility we approach with thoughtful intention.
Today, as parents of five children, our work reflects the values we seek to cultivate in our home: diligence, creativity, gratitude, and a commitment to serving others well. While our current focus is on catering meaningful gatherings, we are prayerfully working toward a long-term vision of creating a place dedicated to restorative hospitality and intentional celebration.
This business represents both our professional journey and our desire to build a lasting legacy — one rooted in faith, family, and the belief that the way we gather matters.
Tim CHristensen
Executive Chef & Co-Founder
Tim’s culinary career began at the age of sixteen, working as a food runner in Jupiter Beach, Florida. From that early introduction to the rhythm of professional kitchens, he developed a lasting commitment to the craft of food preparation and the discipline required to serve others well.
Over the course of more than two decades, Tim has worked across a wide range of culinary environments — from high-end dining and specialty restaurants to leadership roles in grocery and private club settings. His experience includes positions as line cook, restaurant manager, sous chef, executive chef, and culinary team leader. This breadth of experience allows him to approach each event with both technical confidence and practical adaptability.
Tim’s approach to cooking emphasizes thoughtful preparation, quality ingredients, and an understanding that food plays a central role in shaping the atmosphere of a gathering. His long-term vision is to build a lasting culinary legacy rooted in both professional excellence and family-centered values.


Tess Christensen
Co-Founder & Operations
Tess brings a blend of technical expertise, organizational leadership, and a commitment to intentional hospitality. After earning her graduate degree in computer engineering from the University of Florida, she stepped away from doctoral pursuits to focus on raising her family and serving in ways aligned with her calling.
Within the business, Tess oversees operations, planning, and the overall guest experience, helping ensure that each gathering is thoughtfully organized and executed with care.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that hospitality is an act of stewardship — serving others with excellence, integrity, and purpose. Alongside her work in the business, she continues to support churches and ministries through her technical skillset.
